Dear Photographer,
Be truthful, now...
As a lensman with dreams and ambition, wouldn't you actually love to see your activity published... possibly in a magazine somewhere?
And wouldn't it thrill you to obtain royalty checks for its use?
As a long-timer freelancer, I cognize the feeling. It's happened to me infinite times! And if you want it, that feeling can be yours, too.
By far, the biggest market for the lensman wanting to get into print is the hundreds, even as thousands, of magazines that can be found covering every field of human interest and endeavor. Not simply the general interest user magazines, but the special interest magazines, trade journals, and institution publications, too.
Sheer numbers, and the volume of activity used do the magazine marketplace the easiest of the print markets for the freelance to break into. Simply simply about every interest under the sun has at least one magazine devoted to it. Every profession and most occupations probably do as well.
From babies to business, from scenics to seniors, there are magazines looking for the right images every day... and there's no reason why several of them can't be yours.
